1. I agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the identities of all retreat participants and everything shared during our sessions.

2. I understand that the retreat runs from 5:30 p.m. Friday to 4:00 p.m. Sunday.

3. I understand that Rachel’s Vineyard is spiritually grounded in the Roman Catholic tradition. While no church commitment is required, I am comfortable participating fully in its Catholic-Christian orientation.

4. I understand that the retreat’s primary focus is spiritual and emotional healing and that it is not formal psychotherapy. The team includes a priest, a licensed therapist, lay counselors, and former Rachel’s Vineyard participants who volunteer.

5. I understand that I remain free to seek psychological counseling from a therapist of my choice before and/or after the retreat.
